Sinem Erel Muğla

Sinem Erel Muğla graduated from Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Law in 1999. She completed her secondary education at the American Collegiate Institute in Izmir.

She practised at Postacıoğlu Law Office as an attorney at law between 1998 and 2015, and has been a founding partner of Soms Legal since 2015.

Her practice focuses on labour law, competition law and litigation, alongside corporate and commercial law, contracts, foreign investments, mergers and acquisitions and international arbitration.

She was a lecturer at the Center for International Legal Studies conference on international distribution law in Colorado, USA (2000), and attended ICC seminars on international arbitration (Ankara, 2001) and on the negotiation, drafting and performance of international agreements (Paris, 2001).
